Meet the team

Jason is a life long Oxonian! He resides here with his wife, Nicole, and their 5 children. Jason is an avid animal lover, and considers his best friend to be his Lab, Cash. Jason saw the need for a reliable and affordable HVAC company in his community and that is what prompted him to open Brunner Heating & Air. Jason's favorite part of being a business owner is taking in and teaching technicians about the HVAC world. 

Nicole is originally from Oklahoma, but moved to Oxford to attend the University of Mississippi in 2009 when she met her husband, Jason. Nicole enjoys spending time with her children and animals when she is not at work. Nicole and Jason share 5 children, and 4 dogs. Two of their children are adopted, as Nicole has always had a passion for unprivileged children. She says her favorite part of owning a business is being able to employ people and watching the bonds grow between coworkers. 

"Kiddy", as we call him, is a proud resident of Etta, MS. He is a dedicated family man spending most of his time with his wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Etta Jayne. You can often find him outside, hunting and fishing, finding solace and excitement in the outdoors. Austin is our Field Managing Supervisor so he keeps our Managers in line. He  thrives on the connections he has with his coworkers, appreciating the vibrant and supportive work environment, and enjoys exploring the Oxford area.

Kenley moved to Oxford in 2013 and graduated from Lafayette High School in 2019. She still calls Oxford her home, and lives here with her boyfriend and their two dogs. Kenley has been with us since 2021 and has climbed her way up the ladder all the way from Office Assistant! Kenley's dedication and commitment to her job is what has gotten her this far. The list of her daily tasks is endless at this point. She says she could never see herself working for anyone else, and considers all of her coworkers "family".

Casey lives in Scobey, Mississippi, where you can usually find him duck hunting and/or fishing with his dog, Indie. Although Casey is newer to our team, he has shown a great deal of dedication, earning him the Install Manager title. His days at Brunner are always spent installing Residential HVAC systems and helping out our service techs. Casey cherishes the friendships he has with his coworkers at Brunner HVAC, and considers it the favorite part of his job.

Caleb resides on the outskirts of Oxford with his wife Ashely and their two kids, Sam and Azlynn. On his off days, you can usually find him mud ridding, or tending to his cows. Caleb is our Technician Manger so his days are spent wrangling in the boys and ensuring they are giving our community the best service around! Caleb appreciates the people he works with and takes pride in being a dedicated and diligent worker.

Victoria is originally from Vardaman, MS but moved here in 2021 with her husband, Caleb, and their dog, Benji. Although she is the most vibrant person in our office, Victoria is a home body. If she is not visiting with her family, she enjoys spending time at home, usually online shopping. Victoria is our parts manager so majority of her days are spent on the phone with customers and suppliers. Victoria says she loves the relationship she has with her coworkers, and they are the reason she loves working for Brunner. 

Ethan moved here from Atlanta in 2021 with his wife Shelby. They welcomed a beautiful baby girl in early 2022. Ethan is known for his passion for golf and can often be found on the green, swinging away. Ethan is our lead technician right now. He spends his days repairing Residential and Commercial HVAC systems. Ethan values the relationships he has with his employees and finds joy in the work that he does. His dedication and enthusiasm shine through in everything he tackles.

Cody is a resident of New Albany, Mississippi, where he lives with his dog and flying squirrel. Cody has a passion for hunting and fishing, enjoying the thrill of the outdoors.  Cody is our PMA Technician so he specializes in blowing out drains, changing filters, and ensuring the overall health of your HVAC system. Despite facing the challenges of type 1 diabetes, Cody maintains a positive attitude.

Ana comes from Batesville, MS and is a proud mother to her one year old son, Rowan. She is currently enrolled in school at Northwest Community College to be an ultrasound tech. On her off days, you can find her spending time with her son and her family. Ana is our office assistant so she spends her days answering the phone, scanning in paperwork, and running errands for the business. Ana's favorite part of working at Brunner is her coworkers. 

Josh lives in Oxford with his 3 sons, Bradley, Caleb, and Taylor. He was a long time small business owner, and enjoys flying planes in his free time. He has a passion for ministry and was a youth minister for a period of time. Josh is now one of our service hands and helps us out wherever we may need him wether it be on installs, service, or helping Cody on PMAs. Josh has been friends of Jason and Nicole's for years and enjoys working alongside them.

Joey is originally from Oxford, but currently lives in Watervalley with his wife, Dana, and their two kids. Joey is a jack of all trades, and is usually working on a project of his own on the weekends. He is one of our technician assistants so he  usually spends his days helping Casey on installs. Joey is a joy to be around and is always in a good mood. He enjoys being able to work alongside his brother and help him build his company.
