PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Check air handler filters, and clean or replace as necessary.
  2. Check for adequate refrigerant charge and add if necessary.
  3. Check condenser fan blades for tightness.
  4. Tighten electrical connections at equipment.
  5. Check condenser and clean if necessary.
  6. Check voltage at unit under load.
  7. Check condensate under drain for blockage. Clean as necessary.
  8. Lubricate all bearings where applicable.
  9. Check blower for cleanliness and clean if necessary.
  10. Make recommendations of any needed repairs to the system.
  11. Check all safety controls, and inspect contactor points, evaporator coils, starting capacitor, running capacitor, and relays.
  12. Check for vibration and noise.
  13. Check pressures.
  14. Check blower belt and replace if necessary.

SPRING PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

The standard preventative maintenance agreement provides basic coverage for the parts of your heating system that need frequent service. This means any parts listed below will be covered at a discounted rate of 20% if the part needs to be replaced. This agreement includes a thorough pre-season inspection to ensure peak performance of your system. Please refer to the following list for specific parts coverage under your agreement.

  • Condenser Motor
  • Blower Motor
  • Refrigerant, 2lb max

Any parts not listed above, and labor associated with their replacement, will be billed at the prevailing parts and labor rates. Environmental disposal fee is included as a covered item under the agreement as it relates to covered parts; items replaced that are not covered may be subject to this fee.
